The terms, written to be read
DataSignal IQ is operated by GRAVITY115™. What you can expect from us and what we expect in return. This is our own plain-language agreement, not legal advice, and your counsel should review it before you rely on it.
Agreement
Seven clauses, no fine print
Everything that governs your use of the product is on this page.
The agreement
Using DataSignal IQ means accepting these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming that you may bind it.
We may change these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced to account owners before they take effect.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite and what you grant them. A grant gives a teammate access to a dataset until you withdraw it.
Keep credentials confidential. Tell us at hello@gravity115.com if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the data you upload and the sources you connect. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it, share it between customers, or use it to train models.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store the datasets you upload, to query the sources you connect, and to compute the answers, segments and exports you request.
What you must not upload
Only bring data you have the right to hold and process, and only use it in ways the people it describes would have been told about.
Do not use DataSignal IQ to send unlawful communications, to attempt to reach data you have not been granted, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access to it without agreement.
Plans, billing and access purchases
Paid plans bill in advance for the period you choose and renew unless cancelled before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end.
Where you purchase access to a dataset we provide, that access is licensed for your own use for the term agreed. It may not be redistributed or resold.
Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep the service available and to answer support quickly, but the service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or that every answer will suit every purpose.
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@gravity115.com. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we lawfully can.
On termination, uploaded datasets are deleted and stored source credentials are removed. Export a copy of anything you need before closing the account.
