Pricing questions
How is a contact counted?
By unique record in a dataset. Duplicates detected at import are not counted twice, and archived records stop counting once removed.
Are custom columns limited?
No. Every plan keeps every column you upload, and each one becomes filterable and groupable automatically.
Can we connect Amazon S3 or Google instead of uploading?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Connected sources are queried in place, so your data stays in your environment. CSV uploads are stored as DataSignal IQ datasets.
Can we buy access to your datasets?
Yes. Tell us the audience you need and we will price access to it. Purchased data appears alongside your own and is queried the same way.
Can individuals upload their own data?
Yes, on every plan. A dataset uploaded by a person is private to that person until they share it.
What happens if we exceed a plan's contact ceiling?
Nothing breaks. We contact you to move to the next tier rather than blocking imports mid file.
