Platform
Data in. Answers out.
Your data arrives from wherever it lives, becomes queryable in full, and comes back as something you can act on. Built for sets that measure in millions.

01 Connect
Bring data from anywhere. Or buy ours.
Connect your AWS database or a Google account and query it in place. Drag in a CSV and it streams in resumable passes while you watch imported, duplicate and failed counts climb. No list yet? Purchase access from our databases and query them beside your own.
- AWS and Google sources, queried in place
- Multi-gigabyte CSVs, streamed in the background
- Failed rows itemised with the reason they were rejected
- Purchased data lands in the same model as your own

02 Column detection
Your headers, given meaning
Every header is preserved exactly as it arrived, then mapped to a short, readable label and a semantic type: currency, date, identifier, status. The interface knows how to display and band each one without being told.
- Unrecognised headers are inferred from naming patterns and aliases
- New columns become filterable and groupable immediately
- Column registries are isolated per dataset, never shared across tenants

03 Interpretation
The set explains itself
DataSignal IQ profiles every dataset it reaches. It measures the mix inside each column, finds the gaps, notices what moved since last time, and ranks the findings that deserve attention. Each one drills straight through to the records behind it.
- Signals computed from your data, not generic benchmarks
- Findings ordered by what is worth acting on first
- Every insight is one step from becoming a segment

04 Query
Conditions that stack without a query language
Build any number of conditions across any column and join them with AND/OR. The matching count updates while you work, so you always know the size of what you are about to act on.

05 Segments
Definitions that stay current
Save a query as a segment and it keeps evaluating. Automation rules, like contacts untouched for ninety days, produce lists on their own for whatever runs downstream.

06 Export
A clean file, and a record of it
Choose the columns, confirm the count, download the CSV. Uploads and exports both keep a full history, so you can see what left the system and who took it.

Also included
The parts you would otherwise build yourself
Everything below ships with the platform, scoped to the same access model as your data.
Activity timeline
Every touchpoint on a contact, in order, with the source that produced it.
Automation rules
Scheduled evaluations that keep auto segments fresh without manual reruns.
AI insights
Dataset profiling turned into prioritised, drillable findings.
Companies view
The same query and breakdown model applied at the account level.
Data sources
AWS, Google and CSV sources, managed in one place with their import and connection history.
Team management
Invite people, grant dataset and connection access, and revoke it in one place.
See it against your own data
Bring a real file. The fastest way to understand DataSignal IQ is to watch it swallow one.
